IDA JANE – A Swiss band from the greater Zurich area. Founded in 2020, this band brings together the talents of Mel Hakios, Gianni Palumbo, Moritz Mayer, Rachid Freudemann, Carlos Dill, and Romario Antonilli. Their music? The frontwoman with Australian roots takes you on a journey through the world of IDA JANE. Since their founding in 2020, IDA JANE, with the talented members Mel Hakios, Gianni Palumbo, Moritz Mayer, Rachid Freudemann, Carlos Dill, and Jonas Plüss, has been performing at festivals in Switzerland and abroad. Their sound, a fusion of Indie Pop and Blues, is characterized by its versatility with a horn section and electric guitar. The lead singer, with Australian roots, shares tales of a two-year bicycle journey along the Pamir Highway to profound stories about relationships, love, and friendship – IDA JANE offers a musical spectrum that both touches and inspires.
